  • Hold Manager

    To put tickets on hold:

    1. Log in to the BOT Manager
    2. From the Main Menu's Dashboard tab...
    3. Under Current Events, select the date you'd like to hold tickets for
    4. Select the "Holds" tab
    5. Move the seats/number of tickets from the "Available" column to the "On Hold" column
    6. If needed, add a note and select "sticky hold"

    To run a report of held tickets:

    1. Log in to the BOT Manager
    2. From the Main Menu's Dashboard tab...
    3. Under Current Events, select the date you've held tickets for
    4. Open the report selector
    5. Locate and run the "chart - holds" report
