    Getting Ready to Sell Tickets - FAQ

    How do I set up an account to sell tickets?

    Click here to sign-up. Select the top green arrow by "set up a new account." Enter your information by the second green arrow from the top, by "New Online Account." After entering your information click on "Save & Continue to Step 2." Enter the requested information. Information in RED is required. All other information is not required but is helpful when we customize your proposal.

    What happens after I receive my customized proposal?

    If the proposal is acceptable, simply sign it and return a copy to your sales representative.

    I would like to have a demo of how your sales system works. Is that possible?

    Of course. Once you've initiated contact with a sales representative you will be able to schedule a demo of the Box Office Tickets system.

    What happens after I sign a sales contract?

    You will be assigned to a client services representative who will assist you in learning our management system and setting your event up for sales.
