By James Webb
Directed by Andrea Vernae
James Webb's "The Contract" is a provocative play that explores the taboos of Christianity and homosexuality in the black church. The play explores the great divide between "gay and God", as a married pastor with homosexual predilections who has sexual relations with men hired by his wife who refuses to lose the mega-ministry as a result of her husband's indiscretions.
