As a boxofficetickets.com client, you get a home page space on our network. Usually, this page provides a direct link into a private-label storefront where your customers can complete transactions online. You can also have us load your own custom pages into this space at no charge. Or, you may link online transactions through your existing website.

Toll-free Customer Service
In addition to online processing via the Internet, boxofficetickets.com provides a toll-free phone number and fax line to better assist you and your guests.

RoBOT PBX™
RoBOT PBX™ leverages Box Office Tickets' own VoIP network to enable even small organizations to benefit from sophisticated "private label" call center services. With RoBOT PBX™, event prospects and patrons calling to order tickets, place orders, change reservations or ask questions connect directly to the organization managing the event — and hear one voice from start-to-finish.

RoBOT PBX™ works by customizing Box Office Tickets' own auto-attendant options and features, developed through the years to deliver ticketing and other event services. Callers hear the client's business name and "voice" from the first "hello" through all transactions. The service also takes advantage of VoIP and Internet technologies to offer outbound calling services and a single business phone system, with free extension-to-extension calls, wherever team members may be located.

Box Office Tickets offers two RoBOT PBX™ service and pricing options today:

Auto-Attendant Only: Callers hear the client's business name. Selections match Box Office Tickets' current auto-attendant options and feature set.

Complete PBX: Provides all Auto-Attendant services, plus: voicemail for each extension; physical VoIP phone support; a single business phone system serving team members in multiple locations; and easy installation of VoIP telephones in any location with high-speed Internet access.


Online Order Processing
Ticketing, including:
general admission or seated ticketing
multiple color tickets
multiple venue options
coupon codes
multiple price options, including pay-what-you-can features
Donations, including:
optional automatic donor thank-you letter
tax-deductible donation confirmation and information automatically provided to donors

Create online Wait Lists for sold-out events. People wishing to be put on a waiting list for a sold-out event can sign-up online and monitor their place on the list at the boxofficetickets.com® site. In addition to reducing the time spent managing wait lists and communicating with people already on the list, Wait List is a great way to capture new names and contact information for future events and promotions.

Mail-in Order Processing
In addition to online and phone support, use boxofficetickets.com mail box order processing services for taking orders, RSVPs, and processing credit card and personal check transactions.

POS/Cash Register
Use the boxofficetickets.com POS/Cash Register (point-of-sale) tool for handling walk-up orders. Our POS tools supports cash, check, charge, complimentary and subscription transactions. An easy-to-use "cash drawer" feature makes it easy for you to track all proceeds processed. The boxofficetickets.com network, with secure POS entry and our RoBOT® remote ticket printing, can support a network of box offices, venue locations and walk-up outlets.

Q&A³
Our unique cubed question and answer engine allows you to pose specific questions during the normal transaction process. Add questions to the system that you want answered by guests. A question can be global to your organization or linked to a specific event or address book.

Attendee Tracking
Our Attendee Tracking feature expands the ordering process to enable you to link each ticket as it is purchased to a specific attendee. This online capability can be useful, for example, if you need to know guest names to produce name-tags for a dinner or other function — or if, for security reasons, you need to match each ticket with the attendee, even when one person purchases multiple tickets.

PayPal® Payflow™ Pro Gateway
