New look, online guest accounts —
first in a series of planned changes to make entertainment
and event management over the Internet easier than ever

Box Office Tickets Inc. has upgraded its nationally known
boxofficetickets.com® web site with a friendlier interface
and online guest accounts that make it easier, more cost-effective,
and more convenient than ever for clients to serve their guests'
needs — at events ranging from sports, to business conferences,
to the arts, to non-profit fund-raisers.
The new guest accounts enable event-goers
to enter their information once, speed up checkout/purchases,
monitor orders and review their order history online.
The online guest accounts also provide an
effective way for entertainment and event managers to gather
additional information directly from their guests, using the
boxofficetickets.com Q&A Engine. For example, clients
can survey guests on how they first heard about an event or
ask if a guest has special requirements, such as dietary restrictions
or needing a hearing assisted device.
A single source of information for better coordination at
every level
Event managers can also use the boxofficetickets.com
network to assign guests to specific venue managers, volunteers
or table captains — to better coordinate planning, logistics
