New RoBOT™ from Box Office Tickets Inc. prints tickets anywhere in the world

Free service eliminates the need for specialized IT
Latest innovation coincides with firm's 10th anniversary

PORTLAND, OREGON, USA - December 22, 2003 — Box Office Tickets Inc. has introduced RoBOT®, an Internet-based services platform that allows box office managers to deliver services anywhere in the world, without the need for expensive and hard-to-manage servers and terminals.

The new product launch marks the company's 10th year as a leader in the development and delivery of innovative and reliable order processing, admission control and data management services to the event and entertainment industry.

Internet is InfrastructureSM

The first RoBOT service, available today, links ticket printing with order processing. RoBOT can manage any number of ticket printers, making it easy to securely print tickets on-demand in the box office — or at any remote location with an Internet connection. Box office managers simply log into boxofficetickets.com® to process an order or to request that tickets print. RoBOT takes care of the communication between the boxofficetickets.com network and the ticket printer, with tickets printing instantaneously. Best of all, the RoBOT service is free.

"Why purchase a server-software solution that will be obsolete in a few years, when you can make the Internet your infrastructure?" asks George Domurot, President & CEO at Box Office Tickets Inc. "With RoBOT, you get the power of a scalable server solution — without the servers, staff or hassle. And you can serve customers anywhere, anytime."

First of many services on new platform

Coordinated order processing and remote ticket printing is the first in a number of planned services to be delivered via the Internet on the RoBOT platform.

"Our initial objective with RoBOT was to be able to turn any computer with a standard browser into a completely functional box office workstation," says Domurot. "RoBOT is our gateway to providing high-end services for managing even the most demanding admission control situations."

A robust, flexible and secure platform for delivering services over the Internet, RoBOT directly connects tasks previously considered impossible to connect, such as a standard HTML page to a ticket printer (or array of networked printers). An extremely lightweight application, RoBOT runs invisibly, in the background on any Windows XP computer. Support for the Mac platform is planned for 2004.

Will be demonstrated at INTIX '04

Box Office Tickets Inc. will be demonstrating RoBOT at the INTIX '04 Conference (www.intix.org) in Philadelphia, January 13-15, 2004 at Booth #621.
