Available at no charge to boxofficetickets.com customers, RoBOT® is an extremely lightweight application. It takes just minutes to download and runs invisibly, in the background on any Windows XP or Mac OS X computer.

At your command

RoBOT® links your web page actions directly to your ticket printer or network of printers. It handles all communication and security protocols between your browser requests, the boxofficetickets.com network, and your ticket printers.

Link office to box office, to outdoor venue. With RoBOT® all it takes is a few clicks of your mouse. Want to connect credit card and order processing to ticket printing? RoBOT® makes it simple. Connect ticket printing to a single box office location, multiple walk-up sites, or box offices at several venues. With RoBOT®, it’s easy to support any kind of configuration – and to make changes as your needs vary.

Security that works with your firewall

RoBOT® interfaces with the boxofficetickets.com network through standard protocols, such as HTML, XML and SSL. If you can browse the Internet, RoBOT® can run on your computer or network. Most computers and networks won’t require additional configuration to take advantage of RoBOT® services.

Mac and PC support

With version 1.1, RoBOT® supports both the current Mac and Windows operating systems enabling you to use whichever operating system you prefer. RoBOT® also works perfectly in a mixed operating system environment. As long as you have RoBOT® running on at least one Mac or PC, a browser running on Linux, Sun or any other operating system can quickly, securely and easily print tickets to your RoBOT® installed ticket printers.

Automatic updates
