RoBOT Sync® is a web services application that allows boxofficetickets.com® clients to poll its servers for transaction information related to their accounts.
Event and fund-raising organizations, which rely on boxofficetickets.com® to process orders and deliver other services related to their events, can use RoBOT Sync® to automatically download information from boxofficetickets.com® into their own database.

By default, the boxofficetickets.com® network will not provide any information that users of the site have asked to be kept confidential. Clients must sign agreements to honor any non-solicitation and privacy requests before data is released. For added security, credit card information is masked, communication is password protected and all content is encrypted through SSL. |
| Getting Started |
| You must contact a boxofficetickets.com® service representative to start the service for your organization. After the service is started, you will receive an access ID and password. The combination of these two pieces of information combined with SSL provide secure access to the server. |
